Welcome to my blog! The idea of creating a healthy lifestyle blog hit me when the pandemic hit us and we couldn’t do much about it. Eating healthy and exercise regularly was the only defense we had against the virus. I started keeping a journal about healthy lifestyles and exercises I can do from my home.
